SUBJECT: 2016 Association Services Satisfaction Survey
Dear Local Association Leaders,
With spring comes the annual YWCA USA Services Satisfaction Survey! The feedback we receive on this survey is an integral part of our planning process. We rely on you, local association leaders, to let us know how effective we have been in providing services and support to fulfill our national goals and to assist your daily efforts to meet constituent needs.
YWCA USA bylaws outline our responsibilities to local associations (Section IV, D, 1-19), and we base this survey's queries on those responsibilities. In 2014, as a result of the first services satisfaction survey, YWCA USA established performance baselines in key service areas and has been tracking efficiencies and effectiveness using the data from this annual survey as part of our overall performance measurement system.
The executive director/chief executive officer should complete this survey. We encourage you, however, to confer with your board chair/president, as well as association staff and volunteers in providing answers and comments. For your convenience, a PDF copy of the survey, which can be used as a draft, is available here. However, the online form must be used to submit your input.
The survey completion due date is May 20, 2016. The online survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete and we hope that 100% of local associations will participate. We will share a summary of the findings with the entire network by mid-June.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention and for providing this important input. To link to the survey, go to: 2016 YWCA Association Services Satisfaction Survey
We look forward to receiving your response by May 20, 2016.
Sincerely,

Dara Richardson-Heron
