SUBJECT: FY2017 YWCA USA Support Fees Information
Dear YWCA Leaders,
We are beginning the process for collection of the fiscal year 2017 Support Fees for the period of September 1, 2016 - August 31, 2017. Your support fees calculation will be based on your 2014 Form 990 and corresponding audited financial statements. We understand that your fiscal year start and end times might vary so please refer to the year 2014 listed in the upper right corner of your Form 990.
If you have already submitted your 2014 990 and corresponding audited financial statements as part of the self-assessment process, you do not have to resubmit these forms, you only have to send your calculation form and any other supporting documents.
The 2017 Support Fees Process
The 2017 Support Fees packet is now accessible on the YWCA Intranet. On this page, you will find everything you need to complete the process. Please note that materials are to be uploaded to ShareFile by Friday, July 15, 2016. You will find submission details in the documents below.
On the Support Fees webpage, you will find the following key documents:
- FY2017 Support Fees Information Packet which contains a process checklist, instructions, and a payment schedule that offers several options.
- FY2017 Annual Support Fee Calculation Form where you will highlight specific financial data and select your preferred payment method.
In summary, your local association must submit the following documents:
- 2014 Form 990
- Audited Financial Statements which correspond with the dates on your 2014 Form 990
- FY2017 Support Fees Information Packet Checklist
- FY2017 Annual Support Fee Calculation Form
If you have previously submitted your 2014 Form 990 and corresponding audited financial statements you do not have to re-submit them.
