While we don't yet know the outcome of today's election, we are already preparing to work with the next administration and the new Congress. Our Legislative Priorities Survey is a critical part of that preparation!

Our 2016 Legislative Priorities Survey is open until November 15! Thanks to the 60+ local associations who have already completed the survey. If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Pinckney, Government Relations Manager, at advocacy@ywca.org.

In addition, the National Task Force to End Sexual and Domestic Violence has invited all YWCAs to participate in a webinar with White House advisor on violence against women, Carrie Bettinger-Lopez. This webinar will officially kick off the VAWA reauthorization process, so please join us November 10 at 1:00 PM EST as we elicit your input on the current statute and your recommendations for improving it. The webinar should take approximately 45 minutes. Space is limited, so register today!
