SUBJECT: 2017 Geo-Network Meetings

We are excited to invite you to join us at the 2017 geo-network meetings! Local association leaders have expressed the desire to gather in geographic networks, and we are pleased to be able to geo-network meetings happen in 2017.

During our time together, you will have opportunities to learn more about YWCA USA initiatives and to kick-off and help shape the 2017 national strategic planning process! In addition, you will get a chance to connect with YWCA leaders in your geographic network. Executive directors, CEOs, board presidents, and other board and staff are encouraged to attend.

In an effort to get optimal participation at each respective geo-network meeting, YWCA USA will cover the cost for one hotel room night at the host hotel, tax included, for each eligible local association. It is important to note that one complimentary night will be available to each local association. Additional room nights or additional rooms will be at the expense of the local association. To secure your hotel room, use the hotel link below associated with your network and complete the hotel reservation process. After you complete the hotel reservation process, YWCA USA will work with the hotel to move one room night over to our master billing.

Schedule-at-a-Glance

• Geo-network meetings are scheduled to run from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the first day and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the second day
• The first day will focus on mission impact and advocacy field engagement followed by the kick-off for the YWCA USA strategic planning process
• The second day will provide further opportunities for local leaders to discuss and frame input from the previous day.
