New Performance Metrics Report

The performance metrics report profiling YWCA Domestic Violence Services and Gender-Based Violence Prevention Programs has been posted to the YWCA Online Resource Library. Each report presents data recently gathered from all YWCAs, including service offerings, demographics, funding sources, referral channels, partnerships, curriculums, outcomes realized, and a directory to find which YWCAs provide each service. These reports can also be found on the intranet page: Our National Movement and Impact.

World YWCA’s new Rise Up Manual

Last week, World YWCA announced the publication of their new Rise Up Manual, which was inspired by the efforts of YWCAs in the Pacific region and co-designed with young women. The manual has been created to provide young women with tools to learn about issues, learn from other young women’s experiences, and join the conversation on how to build a movement of young women to transform power structures and achieve gender equality. Learn more about the history of this work, and view and download this manual online. World YWCA is currently working to make this manual available in additional languages. Congratulations to World YWCA on this new effort!

Self-Assessment Update

YWCA USA is currently loading the 2018 Self-Assessment information in the new CRM system NetForum. We are looking forward to a more user-friendly and streamlined process and anticipate all assessment materials to be available soon. All associations will be informed via YWCA USA memo when the Self-Assessment is available to local associations.
