Abortion and Reproductive Justice Working Group

Hi all, 

The YWCA Greater Atlanta advocacy team is in the process of proposing the adoption of a paid family/parental and medical leave policy for our employees, and we are hoping to gather some information about the policies in place at sister associations across the country.

If your association has a paid leave policy in place, would you mind sharing it with us? The data will both inform the policy proposal we are drafting and help us better make the argument that this is something in alignment with our mission that our association should adopt.
