Racial Justice Continuum Strategy

YWCA USA will launch a multi-phase National Racial Justice Continuum Strategy that actively centers local association leadership and wisdom to develop a guiding racial justice framework for the network.

Racial Justice Council

A new National Racial Justice Advisory Council will provide racial justice thought leadership and guidance to YWCA USA, ensuring that all local associations and YWCA USA engage in explicit racial justice work to elevate YWCA’s mission.

BIWOC Leadership Development Cohort
The Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color (BIWOC) Leadership Development Cohort is a 6-month cohort for 50 diverse YWCA women and femmes of color and is open to staff and volunteers, 35 years old and under.
