2025 Racial Justice Challenge Continues Third Week

We're excited to share that the YWCA's Until Justice Just Is (UJJI) campaign has wrapped up its third week, focusing on the topic of the American Dream. If you haven't done so and want to take part in the challenge, click HERE to sign up!

This year's theme, "Equity in Action: Exposing Myths and Redefining Justice," aims to raise awareness of the impact of institutional and structural racism while fostering community among those committed to advancing justice. The YWCA Racial Justice Challenge serves as the action component of UJJI, providing dedicated time and space to cultivate effective social justice habits regarding race, power, privilege, and leadership.

If you haven't seen it already, we encourage you to watch the first of two Fireside chats hosted by Simone Quartey of YWCA Greenwich, featuring K.J. Bagchi, Vice President at The Leadership Conference’s Center for Civil Rights and Tech. This discussion delves into how misinformation and disinformation disproportionately affect communities of color, the role of technology in civil rights, and the necessity for media literacy and trusted sources. Bagchi will share real-world examples and offer actionable strategies to combat false narratives

Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding and contribute to the fight for justice and equity!
