Weekly Wrap-Up is on a mission

September 29, 2017

We are pleased to share the following YWCA USA updates:

Tomorrow: March for Racial Justice & Black Women's March

We are proud to be an official sponsor of these important marches. Learn more about our take on the important issues covered by these events by watching yesterday's Facebook Live discussion. We encourage you to show your support on social media using this sample language, and to share this graphic to encourage people to join YWCA at our meet-up point for the marches!

Those who are joining us should meet at 9:30 a.m. at Seward Square on the corner of North Carolina and Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A photographer will join us from 11:00 – 2:00, so be sure to stick together! We will be using the same GroupMe chat group that we utilized leading up to the Women's March; download the app and join our group here. Contact Samantha Davis, field engagement manager, with any questions.

Website Update

We announced recently that we have signed a contract with Blackbaud to transition to a new platform with a combination of products – Luminate Online/WordPress. Since then, we've been hard at work on design development and planning our rollout. Please view this FAQ document to answer some preliminary questions and help you prepare for this transition.
