Dear YWCA Leaders,
The application for 8 positions on the CEO Advisory Council is now open. The current Council does a remarkable job working collaboratively and effectively to enhance the relationship, trust, and alignment between local and national operations, initiatives, and programming. They also provide support to the YWCA USA CEO. This year, our inaugural Council completes their two-year term.
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for new members. Self-nominations must be made electronically using this application form via email to ceo1@ywca.org no later than Wednesday, May 22, 2015, 5 p.m. EDT.
Additional important details about the CEO Advisory Council, including purpose, required background, member profile and responsibilities are outlined in the YWCA CEO Advisory Council Fact Sheet. The CEO Advisory Council has proven to be vital to helping YWCA USA move forward to further define and take action toward the achievement of our collective goals and vision for our organization.
We encourage executive leaders to consider submitting an application to serve as a member of the CEO Advisory Council.
